Sample making

Build the sample to the approved solution: material preparation, craft production, dimensional and appearance inspection.

- Physical sample / sample photos, sample inspection record and shipment tracking.

Sample approval & order
2–5 working days
Adjust the sample against your feedback; sign off the golden sample and convert it into a formal order.

- Timely revision feedback, signed golden sample, order quantity, packaging shipping marks and agreed deposit.

- Final approved sample, production order, production schedule and confirmed delivery date.

Mass production
15–30 working days
Purchase raw materials, schedule production and run in-process quality control to the signed sample standard, with progress updates at key milestones.

- Keep the contact person reachable; confirm any change in writing early and accept the related lead time or cost adjustment.

- Production progress reports, in-process inspection records and completion notice.

Finished-goods inspection
2–3 working days
Inspect appearance, dimensions, function, quantity and packaging against the agreed standard; third-party inspection supported.

- Confirm the inspection standard and method; if a third party inspects, share the agency and date in advance.
- What you receive
- Final inspection report, product and packaging photos, corrective-action results.

Shipment & delivery

Balance payment confirmation, cartonisation, booking or dispatch and document preparation; delivery on the agreed terms.
